New favorite Pasta - Egg Pasta Fettuccine by rustichella d'abruzzo

Even though it's traditional to have black eyed peas on New Years Day. This year we decided it's good luck to have pasta too! We brought Nonna's Ragu with us for a few days out of town for the New Year and found this great pasta at the local Jensen's in Palm Springs to put it on. We cooked it up at our favorite Palm Springs haunt, A Place in The Sun, where not only is the pool awesome, but there are kitchen's in all of the rooms.
